Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the My-chat-bot platform and the AI chatbot services we offer through it. By creating an account, building a bot or contacting us, you agree to what follows. The terms are written in plain English to make them easier to read; they are legally binding nevertheless.
1. About the service
My-chat-bot is operated from 1100 Congress Ave, Suite 740, Austin, TX 78701, USA. We provide a no-code platform for building, training and deploying AI chatbots that automate support, capture leads and converse with your customers across your website, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels.
2. Using the platform
You may use My-chat-bot only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Uploading content you have no right to use, or that infringes a third party’s rights.
- Building bots that deceive end-users about being automated where disclosure is legally required.
- Attempting to bypass technical controls, rate limits or usage quotas.
- Scraping, mirroring or reverse-engineering any part of the service.
- Using My-chat-bot to generate spam, harassment, or content prohibited by law.
3. Your content and bots
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the conversation data your bots process. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host, index and process that content solely to provide the platform to you. We will:
- Store and index your training content so your bot can answer from it.
- Process end-user conversations on your behalf and make transcripts available to you.
- Never use your content or conversations to train shared or third-party models.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload and for how your bots interact with your end-users.
4. Plans and fees
We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. The price you confirm at checkout includes any applicable taxes shown at the time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Usage above your plan’s limits may incur overage charges, which we will always disclose before they apply.
5. Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period. We will refund:
- Charges made in error due to a confirmed technical fault on our side.
- Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
- Charges proven to be unauthorised, subject to our fraud-investigation procedure.
If you believe you have grounds for a refund, contact us at info@my-chat-bot.com so we can resolve it directly.
6. Availability and AI limitations
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing your bot’s behaviour and configuring appropriate human hand-off. Routine maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.
7. Intellectual property
The My-chat-bot name, logo, copy, code and design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, HubSpot, Zapier and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My-chat-bot will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by an AI response. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team will be referred to the competent courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of My-chat-bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
